Victor Scherman started selling Real Estate in 2003 achieving various successes by earning Agent of the Month Awards regularly in the Multi Listing Services region of Northern Pretoria. In March of 2003 Victor completed his Certificate in Estate Agency (CEA) and started Victor Scherman CRS Real Estate. Employing 3 full time assistants Victor believes in superior customer service and soon averaged in excess of 100 successful transactions per year.
Victor rose to the position of Chairman of the Board for various Real Estate Organizations including The Institute of Estate Agents, Multi Listing Services Gauteng North and Director of Multi Listing Services National.
In recognition of Victor’s contribution to the Industry The Nedbank Property Professional Association awarded Victor the coveted “Young Lions” Award in 2006.
In 2008 Victor entered into Real Estate Training and was elected to become a Certified Residential Specialist International Instructor for CRS USA – One of only 10 in the world.
Today Victor holds the title of Master CRS Instructor for Southern Africa.
Victor too is an NQF4 and NQF5 Services SETA Registered Assessor and Facilitator assiting hundreds of Agents in completing their State Qualifications to practice as Real Estate Professionals.
